Azad Engineering Limited Reports Highest Ever Quarterly and Annual Performance for FY26

Azad Engineering Limited has achieved its highest ever quarterly and annual financial performance for FY26. The company reported a significant 31.8% annual revenue growth to Rs. 6,029.8 million, with EBITDA margins reaching 37.4%. This strong momentum was driven by consistent execution, the commissioning of new dedicated manufacturing facilities, and robust demand across its primary aerospace, defense, and energy segments.

Record-Breaking Financial Results

Azad Engineering has delivered a robust financial performance for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026. On a consolidated basis, annual revenue soared to Rs. 6,029.8 million, representing a 31.8% increase over the previous year. Profit After Tax (PAT) witnessed a substantial jump of 54.4%, reaching Rs. 1,335.6 million. The quarterly performance for Q4FY26 (January-March 2026) was equally strong, with revenue growing 27.3% year-on-year to Rs. 1,615.4 million.

Strategic Capacity Expansion

The company continues to make significant strides in infrastructure, having inaugurated four dedicated lean manufacturing facilities at the Tunikibollaram Industrial Park in Hyderabad. These facilities, commissioned for key customers including Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, GE Vernova, Siemens Energy, and Baker Hughes, provide vital support for future growth. The company successfully manages an operational manufacturing area of ~20,000 sqm, with an additional ~94,899 sqm currently under development.

Azad Engineering has solidified its role as a critical supply chain partner for global OEMs. The company’s aerospace and defense segment surpassed the Rs. 1,000 million milestone for the first time in its history.
