Financial Highlights for Q4 FY26
Borosil Renewables concluded the financial year with robust results. For the final quarter ending March 31, 2026, the company achieved a standalone revenue of Rs. 43,761.69 lakhs, compared to Rs. 32,722.82 lakhs in the same quarter of the previous year. The standalone net profit for the quarter stood at Rs. 16,900.91 lakhs.
Strategic Capital Raising
To fund future growth and expansion, the Board of Directors has received approval to raise capital of up to Rs. 750 crores. This funding will be executed as and when required through multiple potential avenues, including further public offers, American or Global Depository Receipts, Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds, or Qualified Institutions Placements.
Business Expansion: Rooftop Solar Solutions
In a move to diversify and strengthen its business footprint, Borosil Renewables has decided to establish a dedicated division focused on selling Rooftop Solar Solutions. This strategic initiative is designed to tap into the growing demand for decentralized energy solutions and complements the company’s existing flat glass manufacturing operations.
Leadership and Governance Updates
The company also announced key leadership continuity with the re-appointment of Mr. Sunil Roongta as Whole-Time Director and Key Managerial Personnel. His new tenure is scheduled to commence on May 27, 2027, and will continue until July 22, 2029. Furthermore, the board has recommended the re-appointment of M/s. Chaturvedi & Shah LLP as the company’s Statutory Auditors for a second five-year term, extending through the conclusion of the 68th Annual General Meeting in 2031.
