Alongside these robust results, the Board recommended a total dividend of INR 7 per share. Financial Performance Overview
For the financial year ended March 31, 2026, Intellect Design Arena delivered impressive consolidated growth. Total revenue for the year stood at INR 30,381.81 million, a notable increase from INR 25,000.04 million in the previous year. The consolidated net profit after tax reached INR 3,432.52 million, compared to INR 3,344.17 million in the prior fiscal period. Exceptional items related to new labour codes, amounting to INR 308.42 million, were accounted for during the year.
Dividend Recommendation
Reflecting its commitment to shareholder value, the Board has recommended a final dividend of INR 4 per share, supplemented by a special dividend of INR 3 per share, both on a face value of INR 5 per share. The record date for determining shareholder eligibility is July 24, 2026, with the payout scheduled to occur on or before August 29, 2026, subject to approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
Strategic Leadership and Management Transitions
The company announced a series of key leadership updates effective June 1, 2026. Mr. Krishna Rajaraman will transition to the role of Head – Customer Delivery Experience, while Mr. Vivek Gupta is redesignated as Chief Customer Officer. Furthermore, the company has appointed Mr. Prashant Lalchandani as the new Chief Technology Officer, who brings over 30 years of experience to accelerate the company’s technology vision and AI-native engineering capabilities.
