Ujjivan Small Finance Bank has announced its audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. For the full fiscal year, the bank generated a total income of ₹8,038.97 crore, resulting in a net profit of ₹692.63 crore. The final quarter of the year (January-March 2026) was particularly strong, contributing ₹281.97 crore to the annual net profit.

Segmental Performance

The bank’s operations are divided into three primary segments. Retail Banking continues to be the dominant contributor, generating ₹6,876.96 crore in revenue for the full year and recording a segment result of ₹712.59 crore. The Treasury segment posted a revenue of ₹936.08 crore, while Wholesale Banking recorded ₹225.93 crore in revenue. Total assets of the bank stood at ₹57,541.21 crore as of March 31, 2026.

Asset Quality and Capital Adequacy

The bank maintained a focus on asset quality, reporting a Gross NPA ratio of 2.26% and a Net NPA ratio of 0.43% at the close of the financial year. The Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) remains healthy at 21.14%, reflecting a strong capital buffer to support future growth and operations.

Operational Updates

In other developments, the bank has granted over 17.41 crore options under its Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) 2019. Furthermore, the bank is actively engaging with regulatory authorities regarding its pursuit of a Universal Banking License, with plans to demonstrate a more diversified loan portfolio to support its future application.
