Emami Limited has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire a 60% stake in IncNut Digital Pvt. Ltd., the parent company of personal care brands Vedix and SkinKraft. The deal is valued at Rs. 321 crore, with provisions for performance-linked adjustments. This acquisition aims to bolster Emami’s presence in the high-growth personalised beauty and personal care segment by integrating data-driven, science-led offerings into its existing portfolio.
Strengthening the Personal Care Portfolio
Emami Limited announced a significant strategic move on May 7, 2026, to capture a larger share of the evolving beauty and personal care market. By acquiring a 60% stake in IncNut Digital, Emami is set to integrate the direct-to-consumer flagship brands Vedix and SkinKraft. The transaction includes a structured 24-month performance-linked adjustment period and outlines a roadmap for Emami to acquire the remaining stake over the next 4.5 years.
Focus on Customised Consumer Solutions
IncNut Digital has established itself as an innovator in the personalised care space by leveraging AI-led assessments and data-driven diagnostics. Vedix combines Ayurvedic principles with data analytics, while SkinKraft provides dermatology-backed, science-led skincare solutions. This combination of traditional knowledge and modern technology aligns with Emami’s goal of building a future-ready, consumer-centric portfolio that offers outcome-oriented results.
Strategic Vision for Growth
Mr. Harsha Vardhan Agarwal, Vice Chairman & MD of Emami Ltd, highlighted that the investment addresses the growing consumer demand for efficacy and customisation. This acquisition complements Emami’s existing holdings, such as The Man Company and Brillare. Leadership from both companies expressed confidence that the partnership will enable rapid innovation and scale operations significantly within the global personalised beauty industry.
