Campus Activewear Leadership Changes to Strengthen Operational and HR Functions

Campus Activewear Limited has announced strategic leadership changes, effective May 2, 2026. Mr. Uplaksh Tewary, currently the Chief Business Officer, will transition to the role of Chief Operating Officer, focusing on sales, supply chain, and technology integration. Additionally, Ms. Alka Monga has been promoted from Associate Vice President-HR to Vice President – HR, where she will lead the company’s talent management and organizational culture strategies to support sustainable long-term growth.

Strategic Leadership Realignment

Campus Activewear has unveiled a new leadership structure designed to drive operational excellence and organizational maturity. The board has approved these changes to better align the company’s management capabilities with its future growth objectives, effective May 2, 2026.

New Operational Mandate

Mr. Uplaksh Tewary, who has been with the company since 2020, moves from his current position as Chief Business Officer to Chief Operating Officer. In this expanded role, he is tasked with enhancing cross-functional integration across sales, supply chain, and technology. The company expects this transition to result in greater operational agility and seamless execution to support its scalable growth ambitions.

Human Resources Leadership Advancement

Ms. Alka Monga, who joined the organization in 2021, has been promoted to Vice President – HR. Having previously served as Associate Vice President-HR, Ms. Monga has been instrumental in strengthening the company’s organizational culture and aligning people strategies with core business goals. In her new capacity, she will focus on building future-ready talent pipelines and cultivating a resilient, high-performing workplace environment.
