Prior to these transactions, Nomura held 3,313,396 shares, representing a 5.13% stake in the total paid-up equity capital of Azad Engineering. With the latest divestment of 2.05%, the aggregate holding now stands at 1,991,683 shares, which corresponds to 3.08% of the company’s total equity. The transactions were carried out across various accounts, including the Nomura India Investment Fund and associated institutional portfolios.
