AWL Agri Business Limited has announced its financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The company achieved a significant annual revenue of ₹74,731 crore, marking a 17% growth year-over-year. Performance was bolstered by a strong Q4 volume growth of 14% and a notable 40% YoY increase in Q4 operational EBITDA to ₹628 crore, driven by robust demand in the edible oil segment and expansion into new categories.
FY26 Financial Milestones
For the full financial year 2026, the company recorded revenue of ₹74,731 crore. The operational EBITDA for FY26 stood at ₹2,343 crore. The company’s performance reflects broad-based profitability improvements across segments, supported by better operating efficiencies and a sustained focus on strengthening its distribution network, which now reaches over 9.65 lakh outlets.
Robust Fourth Quarter Performance
During Q4 (January–March 2026), the company reported its highest-ever quarterly revenue of ₹21,465 crore, an 18% growth compared to the previous year. This was primarily driven by a 17% YoY volume growth in the Edible Oil segment. The company successfully improved its market share in branded edible oils to 18.6%, reflecting a gain of 60 basis points.
Growth in Emerging Channels
AWL saw significant success in its non-traditional segments throughout the year. The Alternate Channels (including E-com and Modern Trade) crossed ₹5,200 crore in revenue, representing a 47% growth. Similarly, the HoReCa channel grew by 40% to exceed ₹750 crore, while Branded Exports reached a milestone of ₹450 crore, growing by 70%.
Strategic Outlook and Product Expansion
In line with its premiumization strategy, the company launched ‘Fortune Premio’, a curated range of high-quality specialty oils including Olive oil and cold-pressed Mustard oil. Furthermore, the Food & FMCG segment showed strong underlying demand with a 19% growth in the domestic business (excluding exports). The company continues to prioritize volume-led growth, operational efficiency, and the scaling of its diverse portfolio to navigate the evolving market environment.
