Strategic Development in North Bengaluru
Aditya Birla Real Estate Limited has reiterated the status of its high-end residential township project in North Bengaluru. Developed in partnership with M S Ramaiah Realty LLP, this 52-acre integrated project is designed to deliver approximately 4.0 million square feet of development. The project, which emphasizes large green spaces and lifestyle amenities, is estimated to hold a total revenue potential of ₹3,000 crore, cementing its role as a major contributor to the company’s regional portfolio.
Robust Sales Momentum at Birla Trimaya
Building on the success of its ongoing developments, the company reported an impressive performance for Phase 4 of the Birla Trimaya project. The launch resulted in bookings of approximately ₹650 crore, successfully offloading 85% of the phase’s available inventory with 460 units sold. This achievement brings the cumulative booking value across all launched phases of the project to ₹2,459 crore.
Market Demand and Future Outlook
The consistent buyer interest across all project phases highlights a growing demand for organized, integrated communities in Bengaluru’s emerging residential corridors. Birla Trimaya has previously demonstrated significant traction, with earlier phases selling out rapidly within 24 to 36 hours of their respective launches. As the company expands its footprint across key markets such as Whitefield, Rajajinagar, Devanahalli, and Sarjapur, it remains focused on executing asset-light, capital-efficient projects to drive long-term value for its stakeholders.
