REC Limited has formally confirmed that Dr. Gambheer Singh and Dr. (Smt.) Durgesh Nandini have concluded their service on the company’s Board. The two directors, previously appointed as Part-time Non-Official (Independent) Directors by the Ministry of Power, served a designated period of one year.
