For the quarter ended March 2026, total physical throughput reached 14,28,102 TEUs, marking a 5.98% rise over the 13,47,495 TEUs recorded during the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Both the EXIM and Domestic segments contributed to this positive momentum.
Segment Breakdown
The EXIM segment handled 10,68,283 TEUs in the March quarter, representing a 2.22% growth compared to the previous year. Meanwhile, the Domestic segment demonstrated strong double-digit growth, handling 3,59,819 TEUs, a significant increase of 18.97% over the same period last year.
Annual Period Analysis
Looking at the broader period performance ending March 2026, the company achieved a total volume of 55,82,193 TEUs. This indicates a solid growth trajectory of 9.56% compared to the 50,94,942 TEUs handled in the preceding period. Specifically, the EXIM segment grew by 8.02%, while the Domestic segment outperformed with a growth rate of 14.59%, underscoring the company’s expanding operational footprint.
