Avijit Roy brings a wealth of experience, having spent over 27 years in senior leadership roles within global manufacturing and automotive organizations. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President – Global Human Resources at the Aditya Birla Group, where he oversaw workforce strategies for a multi-billion-dollar business footprint spanning 14 countries and 19 locations. His background includes driving transformative HR initiatives, managing industrial relations in complex environments, and supporting large-scale business expansions.
