The site, measuring 30,427.84 square meters, is situated within the Rajasthan State Industrial Development & Investment Corporation (RIICO) zone at Shahjahanpur.

The total investment for this industrial plot is ₹8,51,98,000 (Eight Crore Fifty One Lakhs Ninety Eight Thousand rupees). The company has confirmed that the transaction was conducted with Shree Krishna Paper Mills & Industries Limited. As a wholly owned subsidiary, KRN HVAC Products Private Limited will utilize this space to bolster the group’s manufacturing and operational capabilities in the region.
