Kansai Nerolac Paints Limited has confirmed a change in its board composition following the resignation of Mr. Hirokazu Kotera. His departure as an Executive Director was effective from the close of business on 31st March, 2026. The decision followed directions from the company’s promoter, Kansai Paint Co. Ltd., Japan. The company has since released a revised list of its board members effective as of 1st April, 2026.
Leadership Transition
The company has formally concluded the transition period involving the departure of Mr. Hirokazu Kotera. As previously announced on 3rd February, 2026, Mr. Kotera stepped down from his role as an Executive Director. This change was implemented at the behest of the promoter organization, Kansai Paint Co. Ltd., which had originally nominated him to serve on the board.

Following the resignation, the leadership structure of the company has been updated. As of 1st April, 2026, the Board of Directors consists of the following members:
