Effective April 10, 2026, Mr. Shah will take on the position of “Head – Sales Development”. The approval was granted based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, aligning with the company’s established policy.

Profile of Mr. Vivek Shah

Mr. Vivek Shah joins Godrej Agrovet as a senior commercial leader, bringing approximately two decades of experience in driving growth across various business turnarounds and building scalable go-to-market ecosystems. His background includes significant roles focused on FMCG businesses in both Indian and international markets.

Prior Experience Highlights

Before joining the company, Mr. Shah held a crucial role at Marico as Head – Sales Transformation (India & Internationally). In this capacity, he led enterprise-wide initiatives across GTM, distribution, and digital. He was instrumental in driving substantial growth through sustained expansion, leading to a 40% growth in rural distribution by expanding stockist additions and multi-market transformations.

Furthermore, Mr. Shah has spent over 16 years at Britannia in senior leadership roles covering sales, trade marketing, and brand management. He managed large turnaround businesses, contributing to significant gains in market share, distribution expansion, and sustained business turnarounds. His expertise extends to leading India trade strategy and digitalization initiatives.
