This significant milestone follows earlier approvals from the Competition Commission of India (CCI) and Stock Exchanges.

This network will be supported by over 36,307+ employees and clinicians.
Timeline for Completion
The merger is now expected to be completed in the next quarter, subject to the receipt of remaining statutory approvals from the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT).
