The collaboration centers on focusing on AI, automation, and secure digital platforms.
This proposed 5-year partnership aims to combine Orange Business’ trusted leadership in networks, platforms, cloud, and cybersecurity with Tech Mahindra’s strong integration and agile delivery capabilities. The objective is to fast-track next-generation solutions for international customers.
Key Benefits and Scope of Collaboration
The alliance establishes a strategic go-to-market approach emphasizing increased regional collaboration and product innovation. Key deliverables include:
- Orange Business aims to boost profitable growth by strengthening its international operations and accessing new markets.
- Tech Mahindra will benefit from economies of scale and leveraging Orange’s existing infrastructure to offer new value-added services.
Furthermore, the partnership includes the outsourcing of a portion of Orange Business’ global customer support, quote-to-bill operations, and post-sales teams outside of France to Tech Mahindra.

However, sensitive and sovereign customer segments, including national security and defense, and the French perimeter, will be excluded to ensure compliance with national and European regulatory requirements.
