The designated scope of work spans the ECR stretch from design Chainage Km. 11+480 to Km. 11/800 (West Avenue Road) and continues up to Km. 24+780 (East Coast Road), covering the route between Thiruvanmiyur and Uthandi. This project is being executed under the Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM) framework, involving the Tamil Nadu State Highways Authority (TANSHA) as the awarding body.
Agreement Finalization Date
The critical milestone of signing the Concession Agreement was achieved on 26th February 2026.
