APAR Industries Revenue Up 16.2% YoY, PAT Surges 19.4% in Q3

APAR Industries reported a strong Q3, with revenue increasing by 16.2% YoY and profit after tax (PAT) growing by 19.4% YoY. For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, revenue grew by 21.9% YoY and PAT increased by 26.6% YoY. Domestic business performance remained healthy, while export contributions experienced a decline. The company has appointed Mr. Pitamber Shivnani as an Independent Director.

Financial Performance Highlights

APAR Industries announced strong financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025:

  • Q3 Revenue: Increased by 16.2% YoY, reaching ₹5,480 crores, driven by robust domestic business.
  • 9M Revenue: Grew by 21.9% YoY to ₹16,299 crores.
  • Q3 PAT: Rose by 19.4% YoY, with a 3.8% margin.
  • 9M PAT: Increased by 26.6% YoY.

Segmental Performance

Conductor

  • Q3 revenue grew by 25.1% YoY, reaching ₹3,063 crores, with 9M revenue at ₹8,948 crores (up 33.9%).
  • Domestic business grew by 37.0% in Q3 and 39.8% over nine months.

Speciality Oils

  • Q3 revenue increased by 18.4% YoY, with volume up by 20.8% YoY. Nine-month revenue reached ₹4,062 crores, a 5.9% YoY increase.
  • EBITDA post-forex per KL stood at ₹5,331 in Q3 FY26 and at ₹6,030 for the nine months.

Cable Solutions

  • Q3 revenue grew to ₹1,362 crores, up 7.6% YoY. Nine-month revenue increased by 22.1% YoY to ₹4,316 crores.

Key Strategic Update

Mr. Pitamber Shivnani has been appointed as an Independent Director, effective January 29, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. He brings extensive experience from the transmission and distribution sector.
