Surabhi Loshali’s Background
Ms. Loshali brings over 20 years of experience in human resources, with expertise in people strategy, talent management, and organizational development. She has held leadership roles in sectors including pharmaceuticals, life sciences, and technology. Her previous role was as Group Chief Human Resources Officer at Strides Pharma Science Limited. Her accolades include the Top HR Icon Award from the World HRD Congress in 2025 and the Women Leader of the Year 2024 at the Women Empowerment Summit.
Educational Qualifications
Ms. Loshali holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management, HR from XLRI Jamshedpur, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Polymer Science & Chemical Technology from Delhi College of Engineering.
