Can Fin Homes Declares Interim Dividend and Re-appoints Managing Director & CEO

Can Fin Homes has announced an interim dividend of ₹7.00 (350%) per equity share. The company has also approved the re-appointment of Shri Suresh Srinivasan Iyer as Managing Director & CEO for a further period of 2 years, effective March 18, 2026, subject to RBI approval. The record date for the dividend is December 19, 2025.

Interim Dividend Announcement

The Board of Directors has declared an ‘Interim Dividend’ of ₹7.00/- (350%) per equity share with a face value of ₹2 each for the financial year 2025-26. The record date to determine eligible shareholders for the dividend is December 19, 2025. The Interim Dividend will be credited to the shareholders within 30 days from the declaration date, on or before January 13, 2026.

Re-appointment of Managing Director & CEO

Shri Suresh Srinivasan Iyer has been re-appointed as Managing Director & CEO and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the company for a further period of 2 years, effective March 18, 2026. This decision was made based on the recommendation of the Nomination Remuneration and HR Committee (NRC). The appointment is subject to the prior approval of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).

Shri Suresh Srinivasan Iyer’s experience includes working at Gruh Finance (now Bandhan Bank) since 1997. He has over 25 years of experience in the financial sector and has held various positions, including Sales, Operations, IT Strategy, Policy & Pricing, Risk, Recovery, and Legal. He has also served on the Board and Audit Committee. His current term as Managing Director & CEO is effective from March 18, 2023. The re-appointment has been formally approved by the members by a postal ballot concluded on June 04, 2023.
