Godawari Power & Ispat has announced the commencement of commercial operations at its expanded Iron Ore Palletization Plant. The expansion adds 2 MTPA (Million Tons Per Annum) of capacity at the Siltara Industrial Area, Raipur, Chhattisgarh. With this expansion, the company’s total pellet manufacturing capacity has increased from 2.7 MTPA to 4.7 MTPA, effective December 8, 2025.
Capacity Expansion Update
Godawari Power & Ispat has commenced commercial operations at its Iron Ore Palletization Plant after completing the expansion project. The project adds an additional capacity of 2 MTPA.
Increased Production Capacity
The commencement of the additional capacity will increase the pellet manufacturing capacity of the company from 2.7 MTPA to 4.7 MTPA. The plant is located in Siltara Industrial Area, Raipur, Chhattisgarh, and operations started on December 8, 2025.
