Hyundai Motor India has announced a further investment in FPEL TN Wind Farm Private Limited, solidifying its position in the renewable energy sector. As of November 20, 2025, the company has invested an additional ₹21,46,50,179.50.
Equity Share Allotment
This investment resulted in the allotment of 25,58,405 equity shares in FPEL TN Wind Farm Private Limited. This was done through private placement. The first communication about this project was released on November 20, 2024.
Current Stake and Aggregate Value
