Surya Roshni Limited has announced its financial results for the second quarter and first half of FY27. The company reported a 33% year-on-year increase in consolidated revenue to ₹2,448 crore for Q2 FY27, with PAT growing 3% to ₹77 crore. For H1 FY27, revenue grew 30% to ₹4,495 crore and PAT increased 26% to ₹136 crore, driven by strong performance in both the Steel Pipes & Strips and Lighting & Consumer Durables segments.
Surya Roshni Announces Record Q2 and H1 FY27 Results
Surya Roshni Limited has declared its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. The company showcased robust growth, with consolidated revenue for the second quarter (Q2 FY27) rising by 33% year-on-year (YoY) to ₹2,448 crore. Profit After Tax (PAT) for the quarter saw a 3% YoY increase, reaching ₹77 crore.
Half-Yearly Performance Highlights
The first half of FY27 (H1 FY27) also demonstrated significant growth, with consolidated revenue up by 30% YoY to ₹4,495 crore. PAT for the half-year increased by a substantial 26% YoY to ₹136 crore. This strong performance was attributed to a 22% YoY volume growth in Steel Pipes & Strips and a 16% YoY revenue growth in the Lighting & Consumer Durables segment.
Segmental Performance
The Lighting & Consumer Durables segment achieved its highest-ever Q2 revenue of ₹507 crore, marking a 17% YoY increase. The Steel Pipes & Strips segment recorded its highest-ever quarterly sales volume at a record 2.67 lakh tonnes, up 23% YoY, and revenue grew by 38% YoY to ₹1,941 crore.
Mr. Raju Bista, Managing Director, commented, “Q2FY27 has been a quarter of record performance for Surya Roshni.” He highlighted the strong revenue growth and the record volumes in the Steel Pipes & Strips segment, positioning the company well for the second half of the fiscal year.
The company also noted a combined order book of over ₹1,400 crore across both businesses, anticipating a strong H2 FY27.
