The company has achieved record profitability, with consolidated Profit After Tax (PAT) reaching an all-time high of ₹120 crore for Q2 FY27. This represents a substantial 6.8% year-on-year growth and a remarkable 97.7% increase compared to the previous quarter.
Key Financial Highlights
The financial highlights for Q2 FY27 indicate robust performance across key metrics:
- Consolidated PAT stood at ₹120 crore, with a PAT margin of 0.76%.

Strategic Sourcing and Margin Improvement
The company highlighted a conscious shift towards higher-margin domestic scrap sourcing, which increased from approximately 3% of total procurement in Q2 FY26 to 24.5% in Q2 FY27. While this strategy impacts revenue throughput due to a longer working capital cycle, it significantly contributes to better margins and strengthens the sourcing ecosystem. The enterprise business revenue declined by 32% YoY to ₹13,852 crore, while the consumer business revenue grew by a healthy 47.3% YoY to ₹1,984 crore, contributing 12.5% to the Q2 FY27 revenue.
