Consequently, he has stepped down from his role as Managing Director of TAIPL, with his cessation as a Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of the parent company effective from the close of business on November 4, 2026.
New Managing Director Appointed
In a related development, Mr. Arvind Gautam has been appointed as the new Managing Director of Tenneco Automotive India Private Limited. His appointment also designates him as a Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of Tenneco Clean Air India Limited, effective from November 5, 2026. Mr. Gautam brings over 25 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a background in business growth, operational excellence, and strategic partnerships. His most recent roles include Executive Director & CEO of Off-Road, Interiors & Seating Businesses at SKH Group and Director – Operations at Autoliv India. At TAIPL, he will oversee overall business leadership, including plant operations, profitability, customer relations, and strategic growth initiatives.
