New Independent Director Appointed
In a significant governance move, the board approved the appointment of Mr. Bahram Navroz Vakil (DIN: 00283980) as an Additional Director. He will serve in the capacity of an Independent Director for a continuous period of three years, effective from November 4, 2026, until November 3, 2029. This appointment, recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, is subject to shareholder approval via postal ballot.
Registered Office Relocation Proposed
The company also greenlit a proposal to change its registered office. Currently located at 801A, South City Business Park, Kolkata, the registered office is set to shift to JSW Centre, Bandra Kurla Complex, Bandra (East), Mumbai. This relocation is contingent upon obtaining the necessary shareholder approval and other requisite statutory and regulatory clearances.
