Consolidated Performance Highlights (YoY)
- Revenue from operations increased by 36.3% to ₹512.96 crore in Q2 FY27, compared to ₹363.38 crore in Q2 FY26.
- EBITDA witnessed a substantial rise of 172.2%, reaching ₹60.7 crore from ₹22.3 crore in the prior year period.
- EBITDA Margin improved significantly to 11.8% from 6.1% in Q2 FY26.
- Profit after tax saw a dramatic increase of 566.2%, reporting ₹28.08 crore against a loss of ₹0.50 crore in Q2 FY26.
- Basic EPS improved to ₹10.50 in Q2 FY27, from ₹-0.28 in Q2 FY26.
Standalone Performance Highlights (YoY)
- Revenue from operations grew by 22.1% to ₹316.49 crore in Q2 FY27, compared to ₹259.35 crore in Q2 FY26.
- EBITDA increased by 198.8% to ₹24.5 crore from ₹8.2 crore in the previous year.
- EBITDA Margin expanded to 7.7% from 3.2% in Q2 FY26.
- PAT (Profit After Tax) rose by 85.4% to ₹14.50 crore from ₹7.82 crore in Q2 FY26.
- EPS improved to ₹5.41 in Q2 FY27, from ₹2.94 in Q2 FY26.
Half-Yearly Performance (H1 FY27 YoY)
On a half-yearly basis:
- Consolidated Revenue for H1 FY27 stood at ₹936.63 crore, up from ₹700.51 crore in H1 FY26.
- Consolidated EBITDA for H1 FY27 was ₹120.42 crore, a significant increase from ₹58.6 crore in H1 FY26.
- Consolidated Net Profit after tax for H1 FY27 was ₹57.11 crore, compared to ₹10.25 crore in H1 FY26.
- Standalone Revenue for H1 FY27 was ₹578.79 crore, up from ₹480.82 crore in H1 FY26.
- Standalone PAT for H1 FY27 was ₹28.25 crore, compared to ₹15.48 crore in H1 FY26.
