In a recent development, the Board of Directors of Hardcastle & Waud Manufacturing Company Limited has made a pivotal decision concerning the company’s registered office. This announcement, dated October 30, 2026, details the reversal of a prior resolution.
Specifically, the Board has resolved to revoke the decision made on March 18, 2026. That earlier decision had planned to relocate the company’s registered office to Office No. 802, Floor-8, Plot-213, Raheja Chambers, Free Press Journal Marg, Nariman Point, Mumbai – 400021. This move was initially intended to be completed following necessary shareholder and regulatory approvals.
New Proposed Location Approved
Following the revocation, the Board has now approved a new proposal to shift the registered office to a different location. The proposed new address is Bungalow 2, First Floor, Mahavir Nagar, Deepak Hospital Lane, Near Seven Square School, Mira Road (East), Thane – 401107. This relocation is also contingent upon obtaining the requisite approval from shareholders and other statutory/regulatory authorities.
