The Board of Directors had approved these results on 22 October 2026, subject to a limited review by the statutory auditors.
Correction of Subsidiary Name
During the review of the independent auditor’s report on the interim consolidated financial results, a clerical error was noted. Specifically, in point no. 4, serial no. 6, and note no. 2 of the consolidated unaudited financial results, the name of a subsidiary was inadvertently incorrect. The company has now provided the correct name, which is Mahindra Sakura Developers Private Limited, previously known as Shreyas Stones Private Ltd.
