In a significant development announced on September 23, 2026, the company confirmed the successful clearance and repayment of its outstanding debt with an additional bank, as per a settlement agreement dated September 30, 2024.

Repayment Milestones and Financial Strengthening

This latest repayment marks a major milestone, as PC Jeweller has now settled its outstanding obligations with 13 out of its 14 consortium banks. All these repayments have been completed ahead of their scheduled due dates. Cumulatively, these actions mean the company has discharged more than 99% of its total outstanding debt to the banks. PC Jeweller remains firmly on track to clear the remaining less than 1% of its debt within the current month, a move expected to materially strengthen its balance sheet and overall financial position.
