Furthermore, Mr. Jain has prior experience with Chandra Prabhu International Limited, having served as Strategy Analyst and Head of Strategy (Agri Division).
It is noted that Mr. Vatsal Jain is the grandson of Mr. Gajraj Jain, the Managing Director, and Mrs. Hemlata Jain, a Promoter of the Company, and is the son of Mrs. Sheetal Jain, also a Promoter.
