Hyundai Motor India: Senior Management Personnel Changes Announced

Hyundai Motor India Limited has announced a change in its Senior Management Personnel. Mr. Yogesh Wadhwa has been appointed as the General Counsel & Function Head – Legal & Corporate Governance, effective September 5, 2026. Concurrently, Mr. Amitabh Lal Das, Business Head – Chief Legal Office, will be excluded from the list of Senior Management Personnel, with his last day being September 30, 2026. Hyundai Motor India Limited has officially notified stakeholders of key changes within its Senior Management Personnel structure. These updates are in accordance with the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015.

New Appointment in Legal & Corporate Governance

Effective September 5, 2026, Mr. Yogesh Wadhwa has been appointed as the General Counsel and Function Head for Legal & Corporate Governance. Mr. Wadhwa brings extensive experience in legal, compliance, and corporate governance matters, with a notable track record in driving key initiatives and strengthening governance frameworks across various organizations.

Personnel Exclusion from Senior Management

Additionally, Mr. Amitabh Lal Das, who held the position of Business Head – Chief Legal Office, will be excluded from the list of Senior Management Personnel. His cessation from this designation will be effective from the close of business hours on September 30, 2026.
