Financial Highlights and Dividend Proposal
The company reported a strong financial performance for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2026. Total revenue reached ₹2,302.73 Crores, a notable increase from the previous year. In line with this performance, the Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹4 per equity share (200%), and also ratified the interim dividend of ₹4 per equity share (200%). This aggregates to a total dividend of ₹8 per equity share (400%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM.
Director Retirement and Re-appointment
The company also announced the retirement by rotation of Dr. Sridhar Ganesan (DIN: 06819026), Managing Director. The Board, considering his eligibility and pivotal role, has recommended his re-appointment.
