Signatureglobal (India) Ltd: Q4 FY26 Profit Surges to ₹10,946.44 Mn on JV Gains

Signatureglobal (India) Limited has reported a substantial increase in its profit after tax (PAT) to ₹10,946.44 million for FY 2025-26, a significant jump from ₹1,012.09 million in FY 2024-25. This surge is primarily attributed to gains from a strategic joint venture partnership with Millennia Realtors Private Limited of the RMZ Group in Gurugram Commercity Limited. The company also achieved a historic low net debt of ₹2.0 billion and maintained robust cash and cash equivalents, indicating a strong balance sheet position.

Substantial Profit Growth Driven by Strategic JV

Signatureglobal (India) Limited announced a significant increase in its profit after tax (PAT), reaching ₹10,946.44 million for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. This marks a considerable rise from the ₹1,012.09 million recorded in the previous fiscal year. The substantial growth in profitability is largely due to the strategic joint venture partnership with Millennia Realtors Private Limited of the RMZ Group in Gurugram Commercity Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.

Strong Financial Performance and Balance Sheet

The company’s revenue from operations stood at ₹25,958.65 million for FY 2025-26, compared to ₹24,980.20 million in the previous fiscal year. Revenue from real estate properties contributed ₹25,357.21 million. Furthermore, Signatureglobal’s net debt reached a historic low of ₹2.0 billion at the end of FY 2025-26. With ₹27,700 million in cash and cash equivalents as of March 31, 2026, the company’s strong balance sheet position is well-equipped to strategize for future growth. The adjusted EBITDA stood at ₹2,409.51 million, with an adjusted EBITDA margin of 9.28%.
