Ordinary Business:
- Audited Financial Statements: The members will receive, consider, and adopt the Audited Financial Statements (Standalone and Consolidated) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, along with the Reports of the Board of Directors and Auditors.

- Increase in Borrowing Limits: The company seeks approval to increase its borrowing limits from ₹3,000 crores to ₹3,500 crores or the aggregate of the paid-up capital and free reserves, whichever is higher.
- Creation of Charges: The creation of charges on movable and immovable properties of the Company, both present and future, in respect of borrowings will also be considered.
E-Voting and Meeting Participation
The company has engaged NSDL for remote e-Voting facility, which will commence on September 19, 2026, and conclude on September 22, 2026. Members can also cast their votes electronically during the AGM. Further instructions for attending the AGM through VC/OAVM and for e-Voting are provided in the notice. The Record Date for determining the eligibility of members for dividend and voting is September 16, 2026.
All documents referred to in the Notice will be available for inspection by Members up to and including the date of the AGM.
