He holds an MS in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Columbia University and an MBA, with extensive exposure to technological advancements in the automotive field. He has no disclosed relationships with other directors of the company.

Mr. B.N. Kalyani’s Re-appointment

Similarly, Mr. B.N. Kalyani was re-appointed as a director through a special resolution passed at the 53rd AGM, effective August 27, 2026. Mr. Kalyani brings extensive experience, having begun his career with Bharat Forge in 1972 and spearheading the Kalyani Group’s business operations. He possesses deep understanding of the steel, forging, automotive, and engineering industries. Mr. Kalyani has received numerous prestigious awards and recognitions, including the Padma Bhushan. He also holds prominent positions in various India-focused international business forums and advisory councils, including the Prime Minister’s Science Technology & Innovation Advisory Council. He is married to Mrs. Sunita B. Kalyani and is the father of Mr. Amit B. Kalyani. He is not related to any other directors of the company.

Compliance and Disclosure

The company has fulfilled its disclosure obligations under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and the relevant SEBI Master Circular.
