The company is set to hold its 37th Annual General Meeting on September 21, 2026, to approve the financial statements and dividend distribution.

Strong Financial Performance and Dividend Payout

Dynamic Industries Limited has revealed its financial results for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026. The company achieved a net profit of ₹182.22 Lakhs, marking an improvement from the ₹158.57 Lakhs reported in the previous fiscal year. This increase in profitability was driven by stable operational performance and cost optimization efforts, despite a marginal decline in revenue to ₹7,213.71 Lakhs from ₹7,305.96 Lakhs in the prior year.

Annual General Meeting and Dividend Proposal

In line with its performance, the Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹1 (10%) per equity share of face value ₹10 for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. This proposal is subject to approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for September 21, 2026. The AGM will be conducted through video conferencing, and members will be able to cast their votes remotely via e-voting from September 18 to September 20, 2026.

Related Party Transactions

The company also seeks approval for related party transactions, specifically with Prima Chemicals. The proposed transactions involve the purchase or sale of goods and services, with an aggregate approval limit of ₹300 crore for FY 2027-28 and FY 2028-29. These transactions are considered to be in the ordinary course of business and are intended to ensure smooth operations.
