Allcargo Logistics has delivered a resilient performance for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, driven by strong execution and improved service quality. The company reported a revenue of ₹2,058 crore, a 5% increase compared to the previous financial year. Gross profit stood at ₹607 crore, reflecting a 2% growth year-on-year.

Profitability and Efficiency Gains

EBITDA witnessed a substantial increase of 16% to ₹233 crore, up from the previous year. This growth demonstrates the company’s sustained operating performance, underpinned by disciplined cost and yield management. The company’s focus on enhancing profitability and capital productivity has resulted in a leaner operating model, setting a strong foundation for scalable, sustainable trajectory.

Operational Highlights

During the year, Allcargo Logistics handled a total volume of 12.3 lakh metric tonnes, which remained flat compared to the previous year. However, the total revenue saw a growth of 2% year-on-year. The realization per ton also improved by 2%, reflecting effective yield management. The client mix for the financial year remained skewed towards key accounts, contributing 79% to the revenue, followed by retail (19%) and MSME (2%).

Consultative Logistics Segment

The Consultative Logistics business continued its steady growth, with warehouse space under management reaching 8 million sq. ft. as of March 2026. The segment reported an annual revenue of ₹615 crore, marking a strong growth of 17% year-on-year. This growth was primarily driven by the e-commerce sector, which accounted for the highest share in the revenue mix (55%), followed by auto & engineering (23%), and chemicals (22%).
