Infotech HAL Limited was established as a 50:50 joint venture between Cyient Limited and Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL).

Completion of Liquidation Process

The NCLT’s order to dissolve Infotech HAL Limited comes after the successful completion of its liquidation proceedings. This development was communicated to Cyient Limited via an order received on 21 August 2026. The company had previously made disclosures regarding this matter on 20 March 2024, 28 August 2025, and 06 March 2026, keeping stakeholders informed of the ongoing process.
