Project Scope and Execution
The scope of work for this development includes key infrastructure components such as formation cutting, construction of internal roads, installation of storm water drains, building a bridge, and implementing fencing, as part of Phase I of the development. This project is classified as an item rate contract and is expected to be executed within a period of 18 months. The work is being undertaken by a domestic entity.
