The newly formed entity, MHSCL JVC Holding Limited, is established with the primary objective of offering world-class supply chain solutions tailored for the automotive industry. It aims to provide essential logistics requirements and support customers with integrated third-party and fourth-party logistics services on a global scale, excluding Japan. The venture also intends to enhance resilience, efficiency, and stability within supply chains.
Ownership and Investment
Samvardhana Motherson International Limited holds a significant stake of 51% in MHSCL JVC Holding Limited, while Hellmann Worldwide Logistics (MESA) Holding Limited holds the remaining 49%. The initial subscribed share capital amounts to 1,000 shares, with a face value of USD 1,000 per share. Samvardhana Motherson International Limited has subscribed to 510 shares, and Hellmann Worldwide Logistics has subscribed to 490 shares.
