Action Construction Equipment Limited (ACE) has officially announced that its 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Friday, September 18, 2026. The meeting is scheduled to commence at 12:00 Noon and will be conducted through Video Conferencing and other Audio Visual Means, in compliance with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and SEBI.
Record Date for Dividend and E-voting Cut-off
In preparation for the AGM, the company has fixed Thursday, September 03, 2026, as the record date. This date will be used to determine the entitlement of equity shareholders to receive the final dividend, should it be approved at the AGM. Shareholders whose names appear as beneficial owners or in the Register of Members on this date will be eligible.
Furthermore, the register of members and share transfer books will be closed from Friday, September 04, 2026, to Friday, September 18, 2026, inclusive. The cut-off date for determining eligibility for remote e-voting and e-voting at the AGM has been set as Friday, September 11, 2026. The remote e-voting period will commence on Monday, September 14, 2026, at 9:00 A.M. and conclude on Thursday, September 17, 2026, at 5:00 P.M.
