Authum Investment & Infrastructure Limited (“AIIL”) has announced its decision to make a further investment in its subsidiary, India SME Asset Reconstruction Company Limited (ISARC), by subscribing to equity shares offered through a Rights Issue. This strategic move aims to infuse additional capital into ISARC for its general business operations.

Key Investment Details

Under the terms of the Rights Issue, AIIL has agreed to subscribe to 40,650,000 equity shares offered by ISARC. The company has already remitted an application money of ₹101,62,50,000 (Rupees One Hundred and One Crore Sixty-Two Lakhs and Fifty Thousand) on August 18, 2026. This payment represents 25% of the issue price of ₹10 per equity share, with the amount paid per share being ₹2.50.

ISARC’s Current Standing

Currently, Authum Investment & Infrastructure Limited holds 20,325,000 equity shares in ISARC, representing 88.37% of the subsidiary’s total issued and paid-up share capital. The Rights Issue offers AIIL the opportunity to acquire additional shares in a ratio of 2 (Two) Equity Shares for every 1 (One) Equity Share held.

Future Payments and Disclosure

Authum Investment & Infrastructure Limited will make subsequent payments for the shares post-receipt of call letters from ISARC. The company will update the stock exchanges accordingly. This disclosure is made in compliance with applicable SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
