These notes mature on November 21, 2029. The issuance is part of the bank’s existing Global Medium Term Notes (“GMTN”) Programme, valued at U.S.$5,000,000,000.

Key Details of the Issuance

The pricing of the Notes was set at 99.976 per cent. of the Aggregate Nominal Amount. The interest rate of 5.179 per cent. per annum will be payable semi-annually in arrear on each Interest Payment Date. The issue date for these Senior Notes is scheduled for August 21, 2026.
