IRFC: Appoints Two Independent Directors to Board

Indian Railway Finance Corporation Limited (IRFC) has announced the appointment of two new Part-time Non-Official Independent Directors to its Board. Shri Pradeep Ahlawat and Ms. Manjula Mishra have been appointed for a period of three years, effective from August 13, 2026. This move is in compliance with SEBI (LODR) Regulations and aims to strengthen the company’s corporate governance framework.

The company is undertaking the necessary steps to finalize the appointment formalities and related disclosures.
