Effective August 13, 2026, Mr. Kumar will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Ascelis Peptides. This strategic move aims to provide dedicated leadership for the growing subsidiary.

Mr. Sanjay Kumar, who holds the position of Chief Strategy Officer and is designated as a Senior Management Personnel (SMP), will be internally transferred to a leadership role within the company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Ascelis Peptides Private Limited.
