For the quarter ended June 30, 2026, Aditya Birla Real Estate Limited reported a net profit for the period from continuing operations of ₹31.11 crore. This marks a significant improvement from the ₹27.49 crore recorded in the same quarter of the previous year (ended June 30, 2025) and a decrease from ₹65.12 crore in the immediately preceding quarter (ended March 31, 2026).
The total income from continuing operations for the quarter was ₹127.52 crore. Total expenses amounted to ₹85.80 crore. The company also reported profit from discontinued operations of ₹32.37 crore for the period, contributing to a total net profit for the period of ₹63.48 crore.
Comprehensive Income and Equity
The total comprehensive income for the period from continuing operations stood at ₹40.41 crore, while discontinued operations added another ₹40.41 crore, resulting in a total comprehensive income of ₹103.89 crore for the quarter. The company’s paid-up equity share capital remained steady at ₹111.69 crore, with other equity standing at a substantial ₹4,581.19 crore.
Earnings per share (EPS) from continuing operations were ₹2.81 (basic) and ₹2.80 (diluted). When including discontinued operations, basic EPS was ₹5.74 and diluted EPS was ₹5.72 for the quarter.
Consolidated Performance
On a consolidated basis, the company reported a net loss from continuing operations of ₹66.96 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. However, profit from discontinued operations of ₹32.37 crore led to a net profit/loss for the period of ₹34.59 crore. The total comprehensive income for the period was a loss of ₹5.82 crore. Consolidated basic and diluted EPS from continuing and discontinued operations were (₹3.48).
Auditor’s Review
The financial results have been reviewed by Singhi & Co., Chartered Accountants, who expressed a conclusion that, based on their review, nothing has come to their attention that causes them to believe that the accompanying unaudited financial statements are not free of material misstatement.
