Unaudited Financial Results for Q1 FY27 Declared
Ajcon Global Services Limited has disclosed its unaudited financial results for the first quarter of the financial year 2026-27, ending on June 30, 2026. These results, presented in both standalone and consolidated formats, were reviewed by the company’s statutory auditors and approved by the Board of Directors during their meeting held on August 12, 2026. The detailed financial statements, along with the Limited Review Report (LRR), are now available on the company’s website, www.ajcononline.com, and the BSE website.
Forfeiture of Convertible Warrants
In a significant corporate action, the Board of Directors approved the forfeiture of 10,00,000 convertible warrants. These warrants were originally allotted on January 21, 2025, to non-promoter public allottees. The forfeiture is a consequence of the non-receipt of the remaining 75% consideration, amounting to ₹4,95,00,000, by the stipulated due date of July 20, 2026. Consequently, the upfront payment of 25%, totaling ₹1,65,00,000, made by these allottees stands forfeited and has been transferred to the Capital Reserve Account. The rights associated with these lapsed warrants have been cancelled.
Trading Window Closure
Further to prior intimations, the company also confirmed the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives. This closure, in accordance with the Company’s ‘Code of Conduct’ and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, commenced on July 1, 2026, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
