TD Power Systems has announced its Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company reported a substantial increase in revenue, with Net Sales/Income from Operations reaching ₹62,784.19 lakhs, a 75% jump from ₹35,796.37 lakhs in the same quarter last year. Profit Before Tax also saw significant growth, rising to ₹11,666.13 lakhs, coupled with a strong Profit After Tax of ₹8,646.36 lakhs. The Board also approved the re-appointment of M/s. Avanza Management Consulting for Internal Audit services.

TD Power Systems Reports Strong Q1 Performance

TD Power Systems has officially released its Unaudited Financial Results for the first quarter of the fiscal year 2026-27, ending on June 30, 2026. The company demonstrated robust growth, with Net Sales/Income from Operations soaring to ₹62,784.19 lakhs. This represents a significant 75.40% increase compared to the ₹35,796.37 lakhs recorded in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year (ended June 30, 2025).

Profitability Sees Substantial Gains

The strong top-line performance translated into improved profitability. Profit Before Tax for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, was reported at ₹11,666.13 lakhs, a notable increase from ₹6,421.81 lakhs in the prior year’s quarter. Following tax adjustments, the Profit After Tax stood at ₹8,646.36 lakhs, substantially higher than the ₹4,788.15 lakhs from the same period last year. Total Comprehensive Income for the period also grew to ₹8,526.16 lakhs.

Year-End and Previous Quarter Comparisons

Comparing with the year ended March 31, 2026, the Net Sales/Income from Operations for the current quarter stood at ₹62,784.19 lakhs against the audited figure of ₹1,71,666.38 lakhs for the full previous year. Profit Before Tax for the current quarter was ₹11,666.13 lakhs, compared to the audited ₹29,407.57 lakhs for the full year ended March 31, 2026. The company’s financial results are presented on both a standalone and consolidated basis, with figures detailed for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and the prior year’s comparable quarter.

Internal Audit Re-appointment

In addition to the financial results, the Board of Directors approved the re-appointment of M/s. Avanza Management Consulting, Chartered Accountants, Bangalore. They will be responsible for conducting the Internal Audit of the Company for the Financial Year 2026-27.
